The location in the main city center is very convenient to move around this city. It's easy to walk down to the harbor where you get a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast provided is good.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was close to everything we wanted to see, including the grand bazaar and all the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always offering advice and making us feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with natural wood and marble, and they were kept impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. this place provided us with a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was very close to the main attractions and right next to the tram, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great service throughout our stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and filling.

The staff were pretty good too make our stay nice, arranged a special cake for my mom's 60th birthday. Our room, with a fine view, was the best we could have asked for. The location was perfect, great to explore all the attractions on foot. The on-site restaurants were also convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely experience.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is close to all the major attractions of the city. You can easily walk to all the tourist spots, and there are numerous great restaurants in the area. the hotel is conveniently located near the tram, making it easy to explore all of Istanbul.
There was an issue with the water drain in the bathroom, which affected our stay.
